I have been able to access your University and mainly the school of Political science and public Administration through one of the newly appointed Adjuct Proffessor( Benon Basheka,PhD). My inquiry is about whether you admitt and offer PhD scholarships to international students ( like me from Africa-Uganda) who wish to register fo PhD programm in Public Administration by reaserch in UESTC-China. And how can i access that iformation?
